Wm. Scott Barnett, PT GCS AP (pictured at right): Board Certified in Geriatric Physical Therapy, Former Director of Rehab North Florida Regional Medical Center, Former Instructor University of Florida Physical Therapy School and Licensed Acupuncture Physician and Herbalist with over 23 years experience.

Rich Dubas, DC: Specializing in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spinal disease, acute and chronic spinal injuries and high velocity injury recovery. Complete Spinal consultations and treatment, x-rays and AMA impairment ratings offered. Over 30 years experience.

Haiyan Chang, OMD AP (pictured on homepage): Chinese trained Physician, specializing in Chinese Herbal medicine and Acupuncture, Chinese massage and adjunct Therapies.

Lori Libert Farkash, PT: Specialty in manual therapy techniques with special interest in chronic pain, TMJ pain and shoulder, spine and knee rehabilitation. Lori has been practicing physical therapy since 1987.

Elizabeth Jaminez, OTR: licensed occupational therapist, specializing in full services of Occupational Therapy including adult and children neurological and orthopedic cases. Over 20 years experience.
